Returns & Exchanges

At rhode, we want you to love your glazed skin routine, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on gently used products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print for your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your rhode products in their original box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
