We hope you love your rhode products, but we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. International shipping times vary by location and can take between 10-21 business days.

Can I recycle my rhode packaging?

Sustainability is a priority for us. Our primary packaging is designed to be recycled where facilities exist. Please rinse out your empty containers and check your local recycling guidelines.
